FIFA : Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid are set to hit with one year transfer bans

Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid will face a year ban from transfer window for repeated violations of the rules and regulations of FIFA regarding the transfers of international youth players, according to a report. The ban will take effect from upcoming summer transfer window and continue till January signing period.

FIFA conditions for signing international youths:-

  • the player’s home is less than 50 kilometers from the national border being crossed.
  • the player’s parents have moved to a country for their own non-related reasons
  • if a player is aged between 16 and 18, the moves can only takes place within the European Union

Last year, Barcelona is facing transfer ban for the breach of a number of these violations. The Spanish Club cannot sign any new players until January 2016.

European and world champions completed the early signings of Lucas Silva, Martin Odegaard and Danilo in recent months. But, the €30 million-transfer of Danilo cannot be confirmed until the summer, however any punishment imposed by FIFA would likely not come into force until an appeal to CAS was heard.

Where both the  Spanish Clubs have dismissed reports of Fifa ban from the next two transfer windows over breaches of rules on the signing of overseas under-18 players.

On Saturday morning six men have stolen more than 60 FI trophies from the Red Bull racing factory located in Milton kyes. The robbery was done at around 1.30 am on Saturday morning , according to the team and local police, total men involved in this robbery were six ,driving two vehicles with foreign number plates, proceeded to enter the factory by breaking the glass cabinet where all the precious trophies are stored, more than 60 trophies were taken during the incident.
Police were called immediately to the team’s base. “Police were called at 1.30am today (6/12) to the Red Bull Racing factory where a group of around six men used a vehicle to drive through the front entrance to gain access to the premises.
“Two cars were involved in the burglary. A silver 4×4 which was used to drive through the entrance and a further dark coloured, black or dark blue Mercedes estate car. Both are believed to have foreign number plates. There is no description of the offenders available at this time, although they are all believed to be men, wearing dark clothing.”
Nobody was harm during this incident which was occurred late night at red bull factory said by the local police there. The night staff at the night not physically harmed by the burglars said in the statement by the police.
Team boss Christian Horner said, “We are obviously devastated by this serious factory break in, which saw offenders drive a vehicle through our front entrance and steal more than 60 trophies which took years and hard work to accumulate”.
Horner added, “The break-in caused significant damage and was very upsetting for our night officers who were on duty at the time. The offenders took items that not only did not belong to them, but which represented the efforts of a group of dedicated, hard-working individuals.
“Beyond the aggressive nature of this break-in, we are perplexed why anyone would take these trophies. The value to the team is of course extraordinarily high due to the sheer hard work and effort that went into winning each and every one. But their intrinsic value is low; they would be of little benefit to those outside of the team and, in addition to that, many of the trophies on display were replicas.
“The actions of these men mean it’s likely that we will have to make our site less accessible in the future, which will be unfair on the hundreds of fans that travel to visit our factory each year to see our trophies and our Formula One car. We would like to appeal to anyone who knows any information on the whereabouts of these trophies or the offenders involved to contact Thames Valley Police.”

Sahara Force India Formula One Team has announced that it will use the Toyota wind tunnel located in Cologne, Germany from next year onwards. Force India is a Formula One racing team based in Silverstone, United Kingdom with an Indian licence. The team was formed in October 2007 when a group led by Indian businessman Vijay Mallya and Michiel Mol bought the Spyker F1 team for €90 million.
Force India won their first Formula One world championship points and finished second in the 2009 Belgian Grand Prix. In October 2011, Indian company Sahara India Pariwar, purchased 42.5% of Force India F1's shares at US$100 million
They will use these facilities for their aerodynamic testing for the upcoming 2015 Formula One Championship series.
Team Principal Vijay Mallya said: "The decision to use Toyota's facility in Cologne is indicative of our ambitions to continue as a competitive force in Formula One. It's one of the most significant decisions in our history and gives us access to what is regarded as one of the finest wind tunnels in the world”.
“We have used the facility previously on an ad hoc basis and we are aware of the advantages of basing all our aerodynamic research in Cologne. It will strengthen our approach and give us a solid base to build upon for the years to come."
This wind tunnel facility was previously used by many teams mostly the Ferrari and McLaren in F1 racing and is considered as one of the best in Europe. The team said it would surely strengthen their future aerodynamic and development capabilities. While the team own wind tunnel facilities in Brackley however will remain available for the external customers.
From the words of team boss Vijay Mallya it is one of the most significant decisions in the history of Force India.
From the F1 regulations 2015 onwards each team can use only one wind tunnel and the nomination for this should be made on or before 1 January 2015.

Mauresmo combines Murray & Fed Cup roles

Amelie Mauresmo will continue to combine her roles as coach to Andy Murray and captain of France's Fed Cup team after the French Tennis Federation extended her contract by two years.
Mauresmo, a former world number one, began working with Murray in June and was retained when the Briton made changes to his set-up last month.
She has been French Fed Cup captain since replacing Nicolas Escude in 2012.
France's next tie is a World Group contest against Italy in February.
Should they win, 35-year-old Mauresmo will lead France in the semi-finals in April, with the Fed Cup final in November.
Murray, 27, announced last week that he had parted company with Dani Vallverdu, a member of the Scot's coaching team for the past five years.
The French Tennis Federation has also extended Davis Cup captain Arnaud Clement's contract by two years, despite criticism of his leadership after the defeat by Switzerland in last month's final.

Lowe claims Horner making 'selfish engine demands'

Paddy Lowe hits out at Horner's 'selfish engine demands'

317664
Mercedes technical boss Paddy Lowe believes that the demands for new engine in 2016 by Christian Horner are just a selfish task.  According to him the red bull boss is making such demands because Red Bull team are no longer a winning team.
The team using currently hybrid –V6 engine and now planning to return to the V8 engine or to standard twin–turbo v6 engine because he believes that it will cut costs and also beneficial for his team.
"Nothing could be a clearer example than what we're seeing, where somebody is feeling that he's not on top of the heap at the moment, therefore the rules are all wrong," Lowe told journalist Adam Cooper. "I don't remember that happening before. I've worked in teams who have had good years and very bad years; I don't remember anyone ever saying that we should change the rules so that I can win again. I don't get it.
"We've got clear rules; it was all designed with everyone's agreement. The reason you have rules for stability in F1, particularly around the power unit, is that it allows people to set good regulations at a distance to be uninvolved with your relative performance. When people are asking for rule changes at short notice it's all about self-interest."
Lowe added that he fails to see how changing engine again would amount to a cost saving, rather than what he believes would lead to further expenses for the manufacturers and teams.
"Apparently a twin-turbo is supposed to be cheaper and a cost saving measure against a single turbo," he added. "I haven't quite worked that one out! Perhaps we'll find out how that works. It completely contradicts all the other discussions in F1 which are around being cost effective and maintaining a platform whereby teams can compete whether they are financed as we are one end of the grid, or at the other.
"There is one simple fact in F1, rule changes cost money, particularly ones involving the engine, so it's just the most ridiculous idea I've ever heard for how to save costs in F1."

Horner: 2014 one of Red Bull's greatest season

Christian Horner says 2014 one of Red Bull’s best F1 seasons.

Christian Horner
Red Bull team principal Christian Horner believes that the 2014 is one of the best FI seasons for his team and Red Bull's recovery from such a tough start to 2014 has been one of the team's biggest achievements. Red bull really struggled during the pre-testing but the team fought back strongly and finished second in the construction championship after Mercedes.
“I think it's been the most challenging year,” Horner said. “As a team, if you look back over the last six years I think it's actually been one of our biggest achievements to come back from where we were pre-season.

“Almost having done no mileage whatsoever, to be at the end of the season second in the world championship, to be the only team to have beaten Mercedes, to have won three Grand’s Prix and have however many podiums as we've had I think has been – considering where we started and our horsepower handicap – an enormous achievement by the entire team.”
And Horner said Red Bull never seriously considered changing power unit supplier despite the tough start to the season with Renault.
Red Bull Racing is an Austrian Formula One racing team. It is one of two teams owned by beverage company Red Bull GmbH, along with Scuderia Toro Rosso. The Australian team becomes the first one to won four successive constructors championship titles in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013.
The team has used Renault engines since 2007, and has a contract to do so until 2016.
After an Austrian Grand Prix with poor results, Red Bull's boss Christian Horner described the performance of the Renault engine as "unacceptable." In an interview with Servus TV he said that, "the big difference between Mercedes and Renault is that when a driver with a Mercedes engine pushes the overtake button his car goes faster. When our drivers, which have a Renault engine, push the button, the car stops!"
