Mudgal report: N.Srinivasan gets clean chit

Mudgal report clears N Srinivasan; Raj Kundra, Gurunath Meiyappan indicted.

The Supreme Court appointed Justice Mukul Mudgal Committee said in its report in a latest IPL spot-fixing scandal last year, that BCCI president N. Srinivasan was not involved in match-fixing and betting in Indian Premier League (IPL) but supreme court found that his son-in-law Gurunath Meiyappan and Rajasthan Royals Co-owner Raj Kundra was involved in an illegal activities and was also in contact with bookies according to the report.
"This individual was not involved in match-fixing activities. This individual was not involved in scuttling investigations into match-fixing," said a report by an investigative panel released to the court.
Srinivasan not involved with match fixing. Not found to be involved into any match fixing but was aware of violation of players code of conduct but did not take any action.

Meiyappan involved in betting. Was in touch with players and also with some bookies. But No material available to say he is involved in match fixing.

Raj kundra was in touch with bookies about betting. Violated BCCI/IPL Anti-Corruption Code. Also says that investigation against him was stopped abruptly by Rajasthan police.
